Frequently asked questions.

How long does it take to get my items?

Your order is received

As soon as your order is placed, the details are automatically sent to one of our print providers.  We use partners with a network of independent printing facilities located around the world, and the provider is usually chosen based on your location and product availability—this helps keep shipping times and costs as low as possible. The selected print provider starts making your item—this includes printing, quality checks, and packaging. Production time usually takes 2 to 7 business days, depending on the item and provider. CVC and cotton t-shirts typically fall on the faster end of that range. Once your item is made, it’s packed and shipped using  major carriers like USPS, UPS, FedEx, or local postal services depending on the destination.

Tracking is provided

As soon as the order ships, you’ll get a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way. Delivery time usually ranges from 2 to 7 business days for domestic orders and may be longer for international shipping.

Delivery

Your package arrives right at your door! If anything goes wrong along the way—like delays, damage, or lost packages—we will work to resolve it, typically by issuing a replacement or refund.

How should I take care of my shirt ?

Washing: Use cold water to preserve the fabric and color, even though most of our shirts are pre-shrunk. Turn the shirt inside out and go with a gentle cycle—that helps maintain the feel and any prints on the shirt. Since there’s polyester in the blend, it’s less likely to shrink, but cold water is still your safest bet.

Drying: CVC fabric holds up better in the dryer than pure cotton, but we still recommend tumble drying on low heat or air drying if you really want to maximize its lifespan, regardless if it is a 100% cotton shirt or a combination shirt (cotton/polyester). High heat can still cause slight shrinking over time and may wear down the fibers faster.

Ironing: If you need to iron it, use a medium heat setting and avoid direct heat on prints—turning it inside out or using a pressing cloth works best.

How can I get a custom shirt made?

Easy! Please go here to our contact page and shoot us an email! We can make custom shirts and pesonalized shirts upon request. Depending on the request, it might just be the cost of the shirt or an additional fee will be added depending on the scope of the work.

How can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately orders cannot be cancelled in a traditional sense once they are placed. Orders are made to order and sent off to production once the order is made. You are always welcome to contact us and we can check to see if your order is still waiting to be processed. Please let us know as soon as possible and we will try to stop this process.
